Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, strict handling, storage, and safety protocols must be maintained at all times. For this reason, our returns and refund policy is intentionally limited to protect product integrity and customer safety.
1. No Returns on Opened or Delivered Products
All peptide products are final sale once dispatched or delivered.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have:
Left our controlled storage environment
Been exposed to unknown handling conditions
Been opened, tampered with, or stored outside recommended conditions
This policy is in place due to:
Temperature sensitivity (2–8°C storage requirements)
Risk of contamination or degradation
Inability to verify proper handling once in customer possession
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will only consider replacement (not refund) in the following cases:
Product arrives damaged in transit
You receive an incorrect item
To qualify:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
Product must remain unused and in original packaging
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Storage Responsibility
All products must be stored as follows:
Refrigerated at 2–8°C
Protected from light
Handled under appropriate conditions
Failure to follow storage guidelines voids any eligibility for replacement.
4. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for research purposes only.
We do not provide:
Usage instructions
Medical advice
Outcome guarantees
As such, we do not accept returns or refunds based on:
Perceived effectiveness
Personal expectations
Misinterpretation of product use
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final.
